This product is the result of TFP proprietary development technology and advanced research on soy protein. High in protein and dietary fiber, low in fat, and with no cholesterol, Mame-plus M is an ingredient that can be used in the same ways as meat. It can be used easily with one part Mame-plus M, three parts water. It is also economical, as its weight goes up approximately fourfold when reconstituted with water. After production, it can be stored for up to 365 days at room temperature. This product can also be used as a preserved food in case of an emergency.
